Case pack

24 crusts per case, each about 11–12" (28–30 cm) and 9.2 oz (260 g). Individually flow-packed. Case 24 × 12 × 13 in, 15.9 lb.

How to prepare

Preheat the oven for 30–45 minutes at 630–650°F (332–343°C). Thaw and unwrap. Add your toppings. Bake about 3 minutes, until fully cooked.

Storage & shelf life

Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Flash-frozen at origin; do not refreeze after thawing.

Once thawed, refrigerate (up to 40°F / 4°C) and use within 72 hours.

Shelf life: 18 months from production date.
