How to prepare

Preheat the oven for 30–45 minutes at 630–650°F (332–343°C). Thaw and unwrap. Add your toppings. Bake about 3 minutes, until fully cooked.

Storage & shelf life

Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Flash-frozen at origin; do not refreeze after thawing.

Once thawed, refrigerate (up to 40°F / 4°C) and use within 72 hours.

Shelf life: 18 months from production date.

Dough (wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast), low-moisture part-skim mozzarella (pasteurized milk, salt, microbial rennet, starter culture), tomato sauce (tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, corn starch, dried oregano, garlic purée).
